Create file /etc/systemd/system/voipmonitor.service (use correct option mariadb or mysqld service in After option based on what are you using - suggested is mysql 5.7 )

Description=VOIPmonitor tool for VOIP monitoring

ExecStart=/etc/init.d/voipmonitor start
ExecStop=/etc/init.d/voipmonitor stop
#Give a reasonable amount of time for the server to start up/shut down
#Place temp files in a secure directory, not /tmp?

Installation procedure (If you already installed mysql 5.7 don't install mariadb!)

yum -y install wget httpd wireshark php php-gd php-mysql php-mbstring mtr php-process librsvg2 librsvg2-tools urw-fonts mariadb-server mariadb
#yum -y install wget httpd wireshark php php-gd php-mysql php-mbstring mtr php-process librsvg2 librsvg2-tools urw-fonts
systemctl start httpd.service
systemctl enable httpd.service
systemctl start mariadb.service
systemctl enable mariadb.service
cd /usr/src/
wget --content-disposition http://www.voipmonitor.org/current-stable-sniffer-static-64bit.tar.gz --no-check-certificate
tar xzf voipmonitor*.tar.gz
cd voipmonitor*
#at least set proper interface in configuration file
#vim /etc/voipmonitor.conf
#Instead of use /etc/init.d/voipmonitor start/stop, please use 'systemctl start voipmonitor.service'
systemctl restart voipmonitor.service

Now go to http://yourserver/ and finish the installation (you need the key from [1]
